Mentorship

Information is everywhere. Guidance isn't.

Co-Op Leadership provides structured mentorship: a relationship with people who have walked the road before you, and a process that turns what you learn into what you do.

What a mentor does

The hard part isn't knowing. It's doing.

You can find almost any information for free. What's hard to find is someone who will help you use it. That's what our mentors are for.

  • Perspective

See your situation through the eyes of someone who has been where you are.

  • Implementation

Turn what you've learned into specific next steps, then actually take them.

  • Accountability

Someone who checks in, expects progress, and notices when you drift.

  • Feedback

Honest input on what's working and what isn't, so you improve faster.

Mentorship isn't a course you buy. It's a relationship you build.

The process

Learn it. Use it. Get better. Pass it on.

Members don't consume content endlessly. They learn something, put it into practice, get feedback, improve, and eventually help others do the same.

  1. STEP 1

    Learn

A principle or skill from a mentor, a training, or a meeting.

  2. STEP 2

    Apply

Use it this week, in your business and your life.

  3. STEP 3

    Get feedback

Talk through what happened with someone further along.

  4. STEP 4

    Improve

Adjust, try again, and build real competence.

  5. STEP 5

    Lead

Help the next person do the same.

Entrepreneurship

Build more than a business.

Entrepreneurship is one of the best training grounds we know. Building an independent business asks you to communicate, sell, lead, manage money, and keep going when it's hard.

We mentor people who build businesses, not people who just sell something. The person grows along with the business, and the skills last long after any one project.

Skills people develop
  • Communication
  • Sales
  • Leadership
  • Financial literacy
  • Team building
  • Goal setting
  • Personal responsibility
  • Consistency
  • Coaching
  • Relationship building
Who we mentor

We're looking for people who want to grow.

Mentorship takes real time from real people, so we're selective. We work with people who show these traits, or are serious about building them.

  • Hunger
  • Responsibility
  • Accountability
  • Patience
  • Commitment
  • Work ethic
  • Integrity
  • Loyalty
  • Willingness to learn
  • A desire to contribute

What we don't promise

We don't promise income, wealth, or overnight results. We provide mentorship, education, community, and tools designed to help people grow. What you build with them depends on you.

Growth is easier when you don't do it alone.
